I had the opportunity to work with Florina Cioagă, Transformational Coach. By creating a very comfortable space where you can explore your personal paradigms and premises, I managed to overcome certain obstacles in regard to active listening, trust, intimacy, openness. Together with Florina, I challenged certain personal beliefs, which I later started to improve both in my professional life but also in the personal one. Florina employs questions and opportunities for feedback during the sessions, to ensure I find the valuable insight and perspective within myself. This is a new method of handling complex situations for me and it is through being connected with her that I have discovered it. The mission of being a coach it suits her - she respects the principles, and through these sessions that we experienced together, I have felt more clarity with my problems and saw really clear what I need to do - the process of awareness is in full process when I work with her.
